🔥 Grill Master (Outdoor BBQ Challenge)Task: Grill a complete BBQ meal (main + side) in 45 minutes using provided equipment.Rules:Proteins (chicken, fish, or plant-based) and seasonal veggies provided.Emphasis on safety, temperature control, and creative seasoning.Equipment: Community park grill station (charcoal/gas).
🍰 Sweet Sensations (Dessert Challenge)Task: Prepare a signature dessert showcasing Florida flavors (e.g., citrus, coconut, mango) in 75 minutes.Rules:Must include a "mystery basket" item (e.g., key lime, honey).No-bake or baked options allowed.
